Im having refreshing issue with just 1month old gigabyte h61 mobo only in win 10 n win 8.1 os but issue doesn't appear in win 7.Sometimes when i refresh with f5 desktop keep refreshing by itself until usb connection sound comes up, what could be the cause of this behavior is this normal or something hardware related problem?

I did this and it worked an all except the fact that when I go into google, etc. I left click and the page automatically refreshes every time I try to play something. So, can someone help me out?
In my case, when I open any folder on my desktop for the first time all icons on the desktop flicker. But if I open again they don't. However after 10-20 mins if I open the same folder same thing happens.
Will this solution help solve my problem?

Thanks so much for your video it help me with my problem I was gonna take it to a technical for doing that i had to spend at list $60, the problem was my pc refreshing it self during playing FIFA soccer online and every time that happened I used to loose points because disconnected from server because refreshing, thanks for the video end of the problem…
