  • Can I add heavy cream, milk, or coconut milk to give the paste a creamier taste ?
If yes, is it ok to use it as filling when baking bread in the oven ?

  • I just tried this recipe and it turned out pretty great. I do think it was a bit hard to do but I managed to do it. The only thing I didn't really like was that the bread tasted too much like yeast, but I did resolve this problem with adding a little bit more flour. Thank you for the recipe, will definitely try again!

  • Hi!! There's this recipe I think called banh it. Savory rice dumplings. This other cool used a special flour? I couldn't find what she used at the Asian market. It's there another way t make the dumplings?

  • Is it possible to switch the all purpose flour to wheat flour? If so, any adjustments that I would have to make, to make them soft and fluffy?

  • Hi Trang. I live in the Uk and we do not have all purpose flour. We have something called Plain Flour. I am not sure if it is the same. Can you tell me what the protein grams is listed in your pack please ? I am quite scared because everytime I use it for steam bun, it fails and is very yellow and not fluffy at all.
