Minecraft Bedrock: Easy Frosted Ice Highway Tutorial! MCPE Xbox PC

In this Bedrock Edition Tutorial i show you how to build a very simple and reliable frosted ice highway generator! This allows you to travel at 40 blocks a second! Taking you from the main end island to the outer islands in 25 seconds! This is especially useful when end gateways are broken, or for getting shulkers back to the overworld! I hope you all get a ton of use out of this build! If you enjoyed this tutorial, consider liking or joining the silence! 😀

  • My question is what kind of people dislike these great videos. Great job on this great stuff!! Right now I’m working on your raid farm in my friends realm!

  • Question: theoretically, if I used honey instead of slime, I could stand on the machine and afk for a while to build a massive bridge, correct?

  • I’m just wondering, how does the ice stay ice and not just crush up like it usually does with frost walker?

  • just felt like its a good idea to mention that in the bedrock edition, honey blocks are basically slime blocks when it comes to flying machines, as honey blocks are solid. In Java, honey blocks are transparent, meaning they don't conduct redstone.

  • I kept having issue with the armour stand falling off. Afk-walking behind the machine with frost walker on did the job for me.

Edit: it worked fine in 1.12.1

Dylan Harding 04/14/2020 9:50 am Reply
  • Just to clarify, this *still functions perfectly fine on BE 1.13*. I was wondering why the ice was melting, but then I realized I had my own derp moment and forgot to set the time to night 😅. After that, it worked like a charm.

Two notes: 1) Be sure to use a regular piston when he says to use one, and 2) make sure it's night lol 😂

  • I've found a much simpler method. Use the standard tiny flying machine, with 4 stairs in a row, facing the rear of the machine (make the outer two corners.) This creates a 4 wide highway to freeze and lift up.
